How to Set Up Email in Outlook (Desktop)

Step 1: Open Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click File.
  3. Select Add Account.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  1. Type your full email address.
  2. Click Connect.

Step 3: Choose IMAP

If prompted, select IMAP.

Step 4: Enter Server Settings

Incoming Mail:

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Mail:

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za
  • Port: 465 or 587
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Step 5: Enter Your Password

Enter the password you created in Webmin.

Click Finish.

Your email is now connected.
